01Eligibility & accounts
By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or are ordering under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
02Orders & acceptance
An order is a request to buy. It is accepted only once we dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, exceed reasonable household quantities, or cannot be delivered to the given pincode.
If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund the full amount to the original payment method.
03Pricing & taxes
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay.
If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before shipping and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
04Products
Our spices are natural agricultural products. Colour, aroma and texture vary slightly between harvests — this is a sign of authenticity, not a defect.
Product photographs are representative. Nutrition information is indicative and not a substitute for medical advice.
05Coupons, loyalty points & offers
Coupons and promotional offers are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time. Only one coupon applies per order.
Loyalty points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be adjusted if an order is cancelled or refunded.
06Reviews & content
When you post a review or photo, you confirm it is your own honest experience and grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on our store. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading or unrelated.
07Intellectual property
The DRYPHOOD name, logo, photographs, recipes and text on this site belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
08Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your order applies.
