What does single origin mean?+
Every pouch comes from one growing region — Lakadong haldi from Meghalaya, Guntur mirch from Andhra Pradesh — never blended from multiple sources.
Are your spices lab tested?+
Yes. Every batch is tested at an NABL-accredited lab for purity, adulterants and pesticide residues. The batch number is printed on each pack.
Do you add colour or preservatives?+
Never. Our spices are 100% pure, with no added colour, fillers, salt or anti-caking agents.
Why does the colour vary between packs?+
Natural spices change slightly with each harvest and season. That variation is a sign nothing artificial has been added.
How should I store them?+
Keep the pouch sealed in a cool, dark, dry place, away from the stove. For the best aroma, use within 9 months of opening.
Which pack size should I choose?+
100g is perfect for trying or occasional use; 250g and 500g suit regular home cooking; 1kg is the best value for large families.
Is Cash on Delivery available?+
Yes, on eligible pincodes for orders up to ₹2,000.
How long does delivery take?+
2–4 working days to metro cities and 4–7 working days elsewhere in India. Delivery is free on orders of ₹499 and above.
How do I track my order?+
Use the Track your order page with your order number and email, or open the order from your account.
Do you ship outside India?+
