01Where we deliver
We deliver across India to all serviceable pincodes. We do not ship internationally yet.
02Dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours on working days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
03Delivery time
Metro cities: 2–4 working days. Rest of India: 4–7 working days. Remote areas may take a little longer.
Delays caused by weather, courier disruption or festivals are rare but outside our control — we'll keep you informed.
04Charges
Delivery is free on orders of ₹499 and above. A small delivery fee applies below that and is shown clearly at checkout.
05Cash on Delivery
COD is available on eligible pincodes for orders up to ₹2,000. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier.
06Tracking
Once shipped, your tracking ID appears on your order page and on our Track your order page, using your order number and email.
07Failed deliveries
If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect or nobody was available after repeated attempts, we will contact you to reship. Re-delivery charges may apply.
