01What we collect
Information you give us: name, email, phone number and delivery address when you order or create an account; your email if you join The Harvest Letter; messages you send through our contact form; reviews and photos you choose to post.
Information collected automatically: basic device and usage data (pages visited, browser type) through analytics tools, used in aggregate to improve the store.
02Payments
Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
03How we use it
To process, pack and deliver your orders; to provide customer support; to prevent fraud; to keep your basket and loyalty points across devices; and — only if you opt in — to send occasional letters about new harvests and offers.
06Retention & security
We keep order records as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, and other data only as long as it is useful to you. Data is stored with access controls and encrypted connections.
07Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw marketing consent (every email has an unsubscribe link), or raise a grievance. Reach us through our contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time.
