Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched within two working days of payment confirmation.

Delivery usually takes three to six working days depending on your pin code. Flat delivery charges and the free-delivery threshold are set in the DRYPHOOD admin area and shown at checkout before you pay.

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and write to us within 48 hours.
