Returns & refunds

Because these are food products, we accept returns only for unopened pouches, damaged parcels or wrong items sent.

Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. Once approved, we arrange a replacement or refund the amount to the original payment method within five to seven working days.
